Team Husk was founded in 2021 by Adil Basri Erdem, a serial entrepreneur and creative director who started building digital products at 19. What began as a mobile app studio — shipping multiple applications across different verticals — evolved into something more deliberate: a game development company with its own creative language, technical infrastructure, and commercial vision.

In 2023, Team Husk was restructured as a dedicated game studio. The decision wasn't accidental. After years of building apps and understanding what makes a digital product resonate with users, the team turned its full attention to interactive storytelling, tactical design, and the kind of experiences that stay with players long after the credits roll.

Since the transition, Team Husk has shipped five original game IPs across multiple genres — from hand-drawn pixel art platformers to card-based strategy games, from atmospheric puzzle experiences to tactical horror. The studio's technical journey mirrors its creative one: early prototypes were built in Pygame with Python, before the team moved to Godot for full 3D production — a shift that unlocked a sharper aesthetic identity rooted in PS1-era visual language, custom shader work, and diegetic design systems.

Team Husk operates with a lean but versatile core team. Every major discipline — programming, 3D modeling and environment art, concept illustration, original music composition, sound design, narrative writing, UI/UX, and marketing — is handled internally. This isn't a constraint; it's a competitive advantage. The studio builds fast, iterates without friction, and maintains complete creative control over every product it ships.
